Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was wrongfully removed (or access to it was disabled), or if you have the rights to the content from the copyright holder or their agent, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following details:
- 1. Your electronic or physical signature;
- 2. Identification of the content that was taken down or subject to disabled access, along with its previous location;
- 3. A statement asserting that you have a sincere belief that the content was removed or disabled by mistake or due to misidentification;
- 4. Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, email address, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal courts in Seychelles, and a statement acknowledging that you will accept service of process from the person who lodged the initial complaint.
Upon receiving a counter-notice, we may notify the original complainant and inform them that we may reinstate the removed content or cease disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright holder takes legal action against the content provider or user, the content may be reinstated or access restored within 10 to 14 business days, depending on our discretion.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Consistent with the DMCA and other relevant laws, we maintain a policy of terminating users who are found to be repeat offenders in relation to copyright infringement, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion. We may also choose to limit access to our Site or terminate accounts of any users involved in infringing others' intellectual property rights, regardless of whether there is repeated infringement.
